Assignment for a Cloud Service Provider 

I was engaged to develop a strategic business plan to assess growth opportunities for a cloud-services provider to support its acceleration.

 

The objective was to gain a comprehensive understanding of markets, assess revenue growth potential, segment client prospects, and design how to best structure and implement operational growth plans.

 

In close collaboration with the company’s employees and its management, I designed a go-to-market framework that included a detailed customer targeting grid and a ready-to-implement marketing, sales, and distribution plan. The strategic and tactical plan was positively received and also contributed to optimizing the company’s overall market approach.

Liberty Global - Telecom

In my role advising senior management and European market CEOs on revenue growth opportunities, I developed a best-practice framework to leverage expertise and capabilities across multiple markets.

 

This framework design included proven commercial strategies, tactics and go-to-market plans across the customer lifecycle. From acquisition and customer experience programs to maximizing upsell opportunities and improving retention.

 

The result was multi-million annual revenue gains, along with the successful training of local teams, thereby expanding their commercial capabilities and driving sustained results.

 

 

Fiber internet roll-out

Digicel - Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire

I led the extensive roll-out of fiber internet for Digicel in Curaçao, by first successfully securing the necessary investment CAPEX whilst building the expansion of the internet business unit.

 

This included hiring and leading new field sales teams, install end-to-end processes with back-office staff, and steering customer care experts.

 

Supported by designing high-impact, localized marketing campaigns that utilized guerrilla-style tactics and a focused door-to-door sales approach.

 

The result was a remarkable 10% market share gain within one year, resulting in the creation of multi-million dollar new revenue streams.
